丛林极限探险有限公司诚挚邀请您体验原始自然的探险之路。我们将为您讲解参与这项休闲活动的安全规则。这项活动并非没有风险，因此必须严格遵守安全规则。丛林极限探险的工作人员将通过简报和演示向您讲解这些规则。
被允许进行此项活动：
- 您必须身体和心理健康，并且没有任何医疗禁忌症。
- 您必须表现得负责任并且不得有攻击性的身体行为。
- 孕妇不宜进行此项活动。
- 身体或心理健康较弱的人不宜进行此项活动。
安全规则
- 长发必须盘起，口袋必须封好，脖子上不得佩戴任何物品。
- 您需要适合此项活动的鞋子和服装，并已收到适当的个人装备，例如安全带。
- 您必须遵循每门课程的最小尺寸，始终系在红色生命线上，切勿同时取下 2 个登山扣。
- 禁止在小路上携带手提包和背包。
- 您应该遵守所有安全规则和疏散计划，以防发生危险或暴风雨。
- 禁止吸烟或明火。
- 禁止奔跑或尖叫。请尊重野生动物和邻居，并保持安静。
- 由于存在蜜蜂和黄蜂的风险，请勿饮用罐装饮料。
- 按照培训内容行事。如不确定，请咨询。
- 始终服从教练的指挥。
- 口袋里什么都没有，尤其是手机。
- 穿包头鞋、遮住腰部、取下或遮住穿孔、扎起头发。
- 监护比例。3-9岁：2名儿童：1名参与成人（8岁和9岁儿童可由丛林极限探险工作人员在地面监护）。10-11岁：4名儿童：1名参与成人。I - 参与者在开始课程前必须接受安全课程。
- 工作人员必须将您固定在装备上。请勿自行固定。
- 每个平台最多 2 名参与者，每个挑战最多 1 名参与者。
- 确保准确按照图示使用飞狐滑轮。
- 禁止倒挂。
- 在没有帮助的情况下完成红色路线之前，请勿开始黑色路线。
- 不要离开小路——这是为了防止树木根部被压实以及对保护区造成破坏。
- 将所有“树木探险”装备归还至起点。如果您要前往停车场或洗手间，请勿将装备带出售票处。
Refund & Course Modification Policy
By purchasing a ticket, signing the waiver, or participating in any activity, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to the following terms and conditions.
1. Nature of the Experience
The activities provided are recreational adventure experiences involving physical participation and individual choice. Completion of the full course is not guaranteed and depends on the participant’s personal ability, comfort level, and decision to continue.
2. Service Delivery
The service is considered fully delivered once any of the following occurs:
- check-in is completed;
- safety briefing or instructions are provided;
- safety equipment is issued or fitted;
- the participant enters the activity area or first platform;
- the activity begins in any form.
3. Voluntary Early Termination
Participants may stop the activity at any time. However, if a participant decides to discontinue for personal reasons — including fear, discomfort, fatigue, weather perception, change of mind, or any subjective experience — no full or partial refund will be issued.
4. Experience vs Completion
The customer acknowledges that payment is made for access to and participation in the experience, not for guaranteed completion of all elements or platforms.
5. No Failure of Service
Voluntary non-completion or early termination does not constitute cancellation, non-performance, or failure of service by the operator.
6. Operator’s Right to Modify the Course
The operator reserves the right to modify, adjust, substitute, or temporarily close elements of the course at any time without prior notice for reasons including:
- safety requirements;
- technical maintenance or servicing;
- operational needs;
- weather or environmental conditions.
Such adjustments do not represent a reduction or non-delivery of service, provided that the overall course experience and total number of platforms remain substantially equivalent.
7. Subjective Expectations
Personal feelings, expectations, fear level, perceived difficulty, or individual satisfaction are subjective and shall not be considered valid grounds for refund or compensation.
8. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted only when the operator cancels the activity before participation begins due to:
- safety reasons;
- technical or operational issues;
- force majeure events.
9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By completing the purchase, the customer agrees that participation in the activity confirms service delivery and waives the right to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks based on voluntary non-completion, personal experience, or subjective dissatisfaction.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in any activity constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this policy.
